Exchange Policy
At Anaya Amal, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Items must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at info@anayamal.com with your order number, details of the item, and the reason for the exchange.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Exchange Process
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm its eligibility for exchange.
- You can select a replacement item of equal or higher value (additional charges may apply).
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Items damaged due to improper use.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item was incorrect or defective upon delivery.
- Shipping costs for sending the exchanged item to you will also apply.
