Exchange Policy

At Anaya Amal, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Exchange

  1. Items must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  2. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  3. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at info@anayamal.com with your order number, details of the item, and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Exchange Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm its eligibility for exchange.
  • You can select a replacement item of equal or higher value (additional charges may apply).

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Items damaged due to improper use.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item was incorrect or defective upon delivery.
  • Shipping costs for sending the exchanged item to you will also apply.
